I used to be a calorie-counting, cardio-crazed obsessive, but then I stumbled upon the beauty that is yoga. I went from exercising as a punishment, to lovingly moving my body in a way that feels good. I went on to complete my 500-hour yoga teacher training, and become a pre and postnatal coach. Now, I help other people reconnect with their bodies using the ancient wisdom of yoga, and I can confirm with absolute certainty, it’s much more enjoyable than staring at a treadmill for hours.
My classes aren’t about contorting yourself into shapes that would make a pretzel jealous; they’re a judgement-free zone where we focus on feeling good, both physically and mentally. My classes are designed using biomechanics, and exercise science principles in order get you moving better.
